Missionary/Mission Team Accommodations

Accommodating Missionaries in NYC when working with other ministries.

2026 - $59 / 2027 - $62 / bed / night

We provide 1 set of linens for your whole stay which includes a washcloth, bath towel, a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow case & pillow, and a blanket.

Additional Night Stay (Outside of Ministry Packages)

Extra night in addition to ministry package total nights.

Additional outreaches are not included, accommodations only.

Meals are at an additional cost if needed.

2026 - $49 / 2027 - $51 per person / night

Single Outreach Ministry Experience

Urban Training and in-city transportation included.

Meals are at an additional cost if needed.

2026 - $28 / 2027 - $29 per person / outreach

Meal Plan Rates (Outside of Ministry Packages)

Breakfast is served every day, Lunch & Dinner is served Mon – Sat. NOTE: On a leisure day off during a weeklong ministry schedule, only Breakfast is served.

Meeting room rental space is also available, call for NYSUM Reservations for details and costs. During peak seasons room space is based on availability.

Airport Shuttle Service (To/From NYSUM ONLY)

A minimum group size of 8 people is required.

Only available Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm. Estimated commute times subject to NYC traffic.

During peak seasons transportation is based on availability.

Airport Shuttle Service (To/From NYSUM ONLY)

A minimum group size of 8 people is required.

Only available Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm. Estimated commute times subject to NYC traffic.

NYSUM does NOT shuttle to EWR-Newark International Airport located in NJ, nor to inner city subway/bus Stations such as, but not limited to, Penn Station, Grand Central and/or the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Payment Methods

NYSUM accepts Visa, MC, AMEX & Discover credit & debit cards (our preferred method), eChecks (bank transfers) and regular checks via snail mail as well.

For credit/debit card payments, an additional convenience fee of 3% will be added.

All Debit Cards will be run as Credit.

For eChecks , an additional transaction flat fee of $3.95 will be added. An active checking account number along with the respective bank’s routing number are required.
